I feel like Aperol Spritz get typecast as a summer drink and it's just not true! Feel free to drink it any time of the year. Better yet, having this before any meal just elevates anyone's experience. Light and refreshing, it's the perfect aperitif for breakfast, lunch AND dinner.

Ingredients
3ouncesbrut (dry) Prosecco
2 ouncesAperol
1ounce sparkling water (unflavored)
ice
garnish such as orange, green olive, lemon
Instructions
Put ice in glass
Pour in Aperol, Prosecco, and water then stir together
Add garnish as preferred
Enjoy!
