Ingredients
Hot Buttered Rum Mix
1 teaspooncinnamon
½teaspoonnutmeg
½teaspooncardamom
½teaspooncloves
½cuplight brown sugar
115gramsunsalted butter (1 stick)
⅛teaspoonsalt
Hot Buttered Rum Drink (One Mug)
2 ouncesdark rum
2tablespoonhot buttered rum mix
¾cupboiling hot water
optional: whipping cream and cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
Make the Mix
Put spices, sugar, butter, and salt into a bowl and cream together
Make the Drink
In a mug, pour rum then top with boiling hot water
Add 2 tablespoons of the mix and stir well
Optional: Top with a bit of whipped cream
