Quick & Simple Creamy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
  

  • ½ stick (56.5 grams) of cold butter, sliced
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Crack eggs into a small saucepan and whisk
  • Add butter slices
  • Place the saucepan on a stove on low heat and start stirring
  • Keep stirring until eggs start to shape into a runny scrambled eggs
  • Once eggs reach a consistency of a runny scrambled eggs, turn off the heat
  • Add in cream and stir until mixed well
  • Place eggs on a plate and season with salt and pepper to your taste
  • Enjoy!
